Job Title: Systems Analyst   Jobsite: Costa Mesa, CA.

Perform a wide range of analysis and technical tasks throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for mid-sized to complex computer application projects. This includes but is not limited to research, analysis, design, programming and testing, installation, maintenance, support, training, evaluation and selection, and implementation of information technology solutions. This individual will use object-oriented design (OOD) to design, develop and deliver intuitive web and windows based computer applications leveraging advanced and cutting edge technologies; Will code complex, transactional applications using Microsoft .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, AJAX, XML/XSLT and large scale Oracle RDBMS (object-relational database management system). The individual will deploy code on both front and back ends of mission critical systems, including Sum Total Learning Management Systems (LMS). The individual in this role will be expected to have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of strategic system investments, and be capable of working independently or in a team environment; May supervise junior computer programmers, business systems analysts, or other junior project team members.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Applications or related and Minimum of 1 year technical work experience implementing and supporting Sum Total Learning Management system. Require unanticipated travel throughout US.
